HR Business Partner
Job Introduction
Our UK Corporate Services segment has a fantastic opportunity for an HR Business Partner to join their talented staff community for a 10 month fixed term contract.
You will partner with business leaders to enable the delivery of HR solutions to maximise people performance, strategy and workforce planning to significantly contribute towards strengthening business performance and culture.
You will offer HR Leadership and provide confident, visible HR leadership to stakeholders and account teams, ensuring performance standards are met and delivered, talent and resources are utilised optimally, client HR relationships are nurtured and developed and all opportunities for best practice and growth are leveraged.
A degree of travel should be expected as the role will offer key HR support to two of our large global clients across the UK?

- HR Planning & Business Development
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Lead and manage organisational change
- Talent management, Resourcing, Recruitment & On-boarding
- Performance Management

The Ideal Candidate
What you will bring:
You will have extensive HR generalist experience with a focus on strategy. You will have a detailed understanding of all aspects of HR management including reward, resourcing, talent management/succession planning, change management and employee relations. You will have a HR practitioner qualification or be qualified by experience.
In addition to this you will have:
- Proven experience in working in a matrix organisation and building diverse teams
- Developed client relationship management skills
- Strong analytical skills and proven understanding of human capital measurement and delivery of performance improvement interventions
- Experience of organisation development and design, and facilitation of change including consultation and engagement
