This role will require applicants to undergo screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and/ or Disclosure Scotland.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and support multiple catering teams across a group of school sites.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and compliance (health, safety, food safety, and allergen legislation).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships at each site.
- Drive financial performance — managing budgets, labour, and stock.
- Support site managers with recruitment, training, performance, and development.
- Deliver consistently strong Safeguard audit results and uphold Sodexo’s compliance standards.
- Identify growth opportunities and promote Sodexo initiatives to increase uptake.
- Cover sites where required and support new contract mobilisations.

What you bring:
- Experience in managing multi-site business
- Experience of recruiting, inducting and developing teams and managing within a set framework
- High standards of food production and service delivery
- Ability to communicate at all levels in an appropriate manner
- Experience of working in a standards/compliance environment
- Relevant qualifications
