Job Introduction
We are searching for a friendly and enthusiastic group leader to join our growing company. In this role, you will manage and supervise groups, prepare group activities and daily schedules, delegate tasks, and ensure that group members cooperate.
Previous experience as a business support person or area manager would be highly advantageous.

What you’ll do:
- Supervise and manage groups, ensuring effective cooperation and goal achievement.
- Prepare group activities and daily schedules, delegate tasks, and provide leadership.
- Act as a mediator when required, maintaining objectivity and fairness.
- Build and maintain professional relationships, inspiring confidence in team members.
- Understand the nuances of mobilising new schools and manage related activities effectively.
What you bring:
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
- Experience in mobilisation of new contracts, particularly within the education sector.
- Proficiency in Office 365, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Must hold a valid driver's license as the role includes a company car for business use.
