Global PMO (Global Strategic Accounts)

Job Introduction

We have an exciting and interesting opportunity to join our Global Strategic Accounts (GSA) teams as Global PMO, you’ll provide a central PMO support to all Global Strategic Accounts and their Project Managers. You’ll set standards and best practice using Sodexo's Global Project Management framework and tools and work collaboratively with the Global Project Management Centre of Excellence to instil best practice, share learnings and ways of working whilst balancing the needs and individuality of each account / client.

You’ll have an extensive knowledge of Project Management tools and methodologies with qualification with APMI, Prince2 or PMI which will enable you to support GSA Project Management professionals, you’ll advocate continuous improvement and best practise to ensure we operate a best in class service.

This is a position which will allow you to showcase your project, risk and stakeholder management skills whilst working across global projects ranging from construction, Hard FM, Soft FM and Food & Beverage to system and Business improvement. You’ll be stretched and challenged in this role to ensure you perform at the highest levels but with this comes substantial opportunity to develop and further your career.

Role Responsibility

  • Drive the deployment of the PMF & the Global Sodexo Project Management (GSPM) tool to all Project Manager in Global Strategic Accounts.
  • Work with regions and countries to identify and assign Project Management SME's and support them to drive the continued deployment of the PMF and the GSPM locally.
  • Support Global Strategic Accounts in their development of their Project Management strategies agreeing and supporting the implementation of the roadmaps to achieve the objectives in the GSA strategies
  • Support the response to GSA RFP’s where project management is a key service or deliverable.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Qualifications in Project Management (i.e. APMP, PMI, Prince 2 etc.)
  • Experience of deploying and supporting a global business process and tool
  • Demonstrable experience of building, maintaining and enhancing professional networks to deliver change
  • Proven eexperience of working with project management tools, processes and best practice techniques
  • Experience training groups of resources in the use of a new tool
  • Understanding and knowledge of differing Project Management Methods and processes, including waterfall and agile
