Global Maximo Training Manager
Job Introduction
We are currently recruiting a Global Maximo Training Manager to work within service operations. You will manage the training delivery of Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems and associated integrated systems to New and Legacy contract sites and the GM deployment team, with a focus on but not exclusively to the Southern half of the Country.
You will deliver an engaging training experience to systems users enabling operational teams that understand purpose, process and use of Sodexo’s integrated facilities management systems across the UK&I.
A typical week will vary; from hosting a two-day advanced training course AKA a “super user” course, arranging WebEx assessments for new users, hosting system demonstrations for clients, refresher training via WebEx (where possible) and handling queries or bookings from the training inbox. |
This role would ideally suit individuals living in the South of England as you will need to travel to Reading, Swindon and OSR however you must be flexible to travel as and when as the team provide training from Exeter up to Scotland and Ireland.
Role Responsibility
- Develop and implement CAFM and associated integrated systems training programmes including user guides & feedback evaluations
- Use computer-based applications to deliver training such as power point, Visio, IBM Maximo, Dynamics 365 and Maximo-SAP integration
- Programme manage training demand in-line with business/segment priorities
- Produce training materials, manuals and documentation (in line with global format)
- Mentor site teams to assist their CAFM process development and implementation
- Maintain the UK & I Maximo Training Environment application
- Manage the GM master training matrix. Each user must have a detailed list of which applications they are competent to use and the level access they have been granted for each system.
- Prepare feedback & reports on training groups, targets and accomplishments
- Attend Maximo Standards Training WebExs and conference calls
- Customize training packages to meet individuals’ roles and responsibilities and take account of the needs of the contract outputs
- Working with the global AMS training manager to ensure that training delivery is in line with global approach / standard
- Deliver CAFM and associated integrated systems overview presentations to clients
