Global Head of Technical Services
Job Introduction
As the Global Head of Technical Services at Sodexo, you are a strategic thinker and experienced technical leader. You will play a critical role in defining and executing the Technical Services platform deployment methodology, leading the development of the Asset Management Framework, and driving the evolution of the Technical Services platform strategy to meet the business need at regional, segment and country level.
Your contributions will help ensure consistent, standardised approaches to Technical Services platform deployment and that Sodexo's quality and service standards are met.

Role Responsibility
- Lead the strategic management of the global Technical Services platform development and deployment, ensuring initiatives and projects are delivered to a consistently high standard, on time and within budget.
- Define and execute the Technical Services platform deployment methodology/frameworks, focusing on the industrialisation of deployment processes.
- Own project initiation, execution and closure for all Technical Services platform related activities, ensuring stakeholder engagement and appropriate RACI.
- Articulate and inform the Go/No Go process underpinning all Technical Services platform related initiatives and projects.
- Proactively review the use of tools, systems, methods and standards to support business implementation in line with policy.
- Manage/mitigate/escalate risks and issues that may jeopardize successful execution of projects, initiatives and activities within the scope of the role.
- Build and chair a global Technical Services Expert Network, leveraging the best subject matter expertise available to the organisation.
The Ideal Candidate
- Relevant degree level qualification and technical leadership experience in a developmental, operational or deployment related role within a technical services business.
- Highly influential strategic thinker with excellent experience managing large, complex projects and business transformations.
- Good leadership skills with the ability to lead a global team of indirect reports.
- Excellent team organisation and coordination skills with high levels of computer literacy.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Expert knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programs, including risk management, budget and resource allocation procedures.
- Desirable: Relevant engineering degree and experience of SAP and MS Visio.
