Global Head of Retail Excellence
Job Introduction
The Global Head of Retail Excellence will contribute to the achievement of the Service Operations vision, mission, and ambition by defining & delivering the business process for Category Development & Value Pricing and establishing clear growth platforms for core Food & Beverage categories in conjunction with Global Supply Mgt and Food Platform.
Role Responsibility
- Sets vision for growth of core retail food business categories and works with regional teams to unlock with plans, tools, processes and leveraging of key vendor partners as necessary.
- Consumer engagement champion – focusing on ways to build and develop engaging ways to activate sales through identified channels, services and branded experiences.
- Dexterity to work cross market/culture/maturity to support food transformation across the globe
- You will be the owner of core processes, tools and training and will need to support vision/strategy delivery
The Ideal Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will possess the ability to establish strong, effective and collaborative relationships with Region Food Service Platforms, Data Labs, Supply Management, Deployment & Planning teams, Research and Innovation, Finance and Market Segments (Marketing, Operations, Sales) and IST.
You will drive change and lead the organisation towards a new way of working, leveraging in-Region expertise ensuring continued evolution and growth of core retail business and the development, deployment and embedding within key Food Transformation priorities for the group.
