What you’ll do:
- Collaborate on and oversee category strategies in partnership with stakeholders within the Food/FM Platforms, Business Segments, and Regional buyers.
- Secure beneficial terms by negotiating international contracts with global vendors.
- Maintain a professional rapport with our global suppliers to bolster Sodexo's reputation and remain abreast of technological advancements and market innovations.
- Generate notable annual savings while securing international revenues to meet annual targets.
- Partner with Supply Management Finance to ensure accurate reporting and monitoring of the financial performance of assigned categories/contracts.
- Administer the global categories and contracts in your purview, aligning efforts with stakeholders in the Food/FM platforms.
- Build and sustain relationships with internal clients to foster awareness, unified approaches, and strategic orientation.
What you bring:
- Solid background in FM procurement with a focus on sourcing and category management, preferably in an international setting.
- Outstanding negotiation abilities with a track record of enhancing profitability and value.
- Skill in crafting category strategies and handling supplier contracts effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) principles.
- Demonstrated capability to nurture and expand relationships with vital stakeholders, internally and externally.
- Acute awareness of international supply markets and the capacity to pinpoint innovative opportunities.
- Excellent communication abilities, coupled with experience in diverse and international settings.
