General Services Manager
Limerick – Full Time

We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic General Services Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Integrated Facilities Management at our client site in Limerick. 

As a General Services Manager, you'll:

• Manage multiple service lines including Catering, GxP and general cleaning, Security, Landscaping, and Event Management

• Drive operational excellence and client satisfaction through effective service delivery

• Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, Environmental, and food safety regulations

• Lead and support a large, multi-disciplinary team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement

• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and contribute to cost efficiencies

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships while adhering to contractual obligations and governance structures

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience managing large, multi-functional teams in a facilities or service environment

• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills

• Commercial awareness and ability to manage a P&L of €1.5m+

• Knowledge of Health & Safety, food safety, and legislative compliance

• Ability to lead business change and drive operational improvements

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills

• Facilities, Engineering, or Business qualification (desirable)

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or blue-chip sector (preferred)
