Purpose of the Job:
As a GSM (Site Lead) at Sodexo, you'll be responsible for managing the delivery of multiple services (Cleaning (GMP), Catering, BFM, Pest Control, Landscaping) at the site level. Your role is crucial in ensuring outstanding service delivery, exceeding Sodexo targets, and maintaining compliance within business operations and health and safety.

You'll lead a team, nurture client relationships, and drive excellence in service delivery.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of contract scope and form, including variation control.
  • Performance management across teams and service lines, reporting, and monitoring of performance.
  • Financial management to ensure control of spending and budgets.
  • Assume full responsibility for contract outputs and management of services against contracted scope of works.
  • Ensure full compliance in line with Sodexo and Pfizer policies and procedures.
  • Interfacing with Segment teams and Segment subject matter experts via a matrix structure.
  • Cultivate a shared sense of identity among all Sodexo services on site.

What You Bring:
  • Proven experience in managing multiple service lines within a facility management setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Excellent client relationship management abilities.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budget management.
  • Knowledge of compliance and health and safety regulations.
