What you’ll do:
- Oversee an IFM contract to a high standard in line with the SLA.
- Act as a point of contact for department heads.
- Work as part of a team to ensure high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Drive service excellence throughout the onsite teams.
- Maximize customer satisfaction and maintain a good working relationship with client representatives.
- Manage site security, ensuring compliance with Sodexo and Nestle procedures.
- Review financial performance and implement adjustments to ensure margins are maintained.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, food safety, and legislative requirements.
- Coordinate and direct all activities within the assigned area.
- Manage and control services to agreed specifications and targets.
- Recruit, induct, and develop talented employees while actively managing poor performance.
- Identify opportunities for organic growth and new business.
- Drive continuous improvement through all accounts.
What you bring:
- Proven experience in developing profitable relationships for multisite contracts.
- Knowledge and experience in Facility Management is highly desirable.
- Experience in leading company initiatives and change management processes.
- Experience in identifying and selling new business.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent client relationship management.
- Experience working in a regulatory and compliant environment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and associated programs.
- H&S Qualification – IOSH Food Safety Level 3.
- Desirable – Qualified to degree level or equivalent and hold a minimum level 4 IFM qualification.
