Facilities Manager (Soft Services)

Job Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Facilities Manager (Soft Services) at Sodexo to oversee the efficient operation of our company's facilities and services, with a specific focus on catering and guest experience (reception and concierge services) at Toyota’s Eco-HQ in Burgh Heath. 
This role is pivotal in delivering a service transformation over the next 12 months into a best in class facilities management showcase whilst ensuring a safe, clean, and well-organized work environment for our employees and visitors.

This role is based at Toyota’s Eco-Headquarters, a high-class head office environment with incredible grounds, free use of the on-site gym and free food as part of our catering service.
What you’ll do:
  • Be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Epsom site, including catering, hospitality, cleaning, reception, maintenance, and gym services.
  • Ensure full working knowledge of the areas within the Sodexo responsibility at the site.
  • Delivery of a best-in-class service that delivers excellence to all customers.
  • Ensure Health and Safety compliance with policies in relation to standard operating practices.
  • Establish and maintain satisfactory relationships with individuals at all levels within the company.
  • Coach and mentor members of the team delivering Sodexo services.
  • Control and monitor the financial performance of the operation and maintain costs within the budget.
  • Drive standards and integrity of the service offer and Service Level Agreement at all times.
What you bring:
  • Previous experience in Facilities Management.
  • Ideally, catering experience.
  • Experience in facilities, specifically catering and host services.
  • Experience in transforming services and building teams with a service excellence culture.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients, and staff at all levels.
