General Manager
Job Introduction
Sodexo have a fantastic opportunity for a General Manager to join our dedicated team based in Aylesbury.
Reporting to our Account Manager, the General Manager will be responsible for management of the departmental management team, day to day on site activities and ensuring all service standards are met across the defence site.
What we need from you; you should have experience working in a management role within a soft FM industry, have fantastic leadership and personable skills along with management knowledge of health and safety and food hygiene.
You'll contribute to the growth of all services in order to meet client and commercial expectations whilst maintaining strict budgetary control within operational business area in line with client and Sodexo expectations
