Join our team as a General Manager at Sodexo, located within the esteemed Cressex Community High School in High Wycombe. What you’ll do:  
  • Oversee catering operations, driving excellence in service quality and hygiene standards.
  • Collaborate with Chef Manager and teams for effective communication and performance enhancement.
  • Plan promotions, manage budgets, and build lasting client relationships.
  • Ensure food safety, compliance with dietary requirements, and meticulous hygiene standards.
  • Contribute to financial performance analysis
  • Engage in development plans, training sessions, and use advanced tools for streamlined operations. 

What you bring: 
  • Experience of working in a management role  
  • Food safety and health and safety qualifications
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills, including Excel proficiency
  • Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and budgets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A team player with a hands-on approach
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to implement innovative solutions.
  • Strong leadership and motivational abilities
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Computer literacy
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and act on own initiative.
  • Flexibility in approach to the role
