What you’ll do:

Oversee catering operations, driving excellence in service quality and hygiene standards.
Collaborate with Chef Manager and teams for effective communication and performance enhancement.
Plan promotions, manage budgets, and build lasting client relationships.
Ensure food safety, compliance with dietary requirements, and meticulous hygiene standards.
Contribute to financial performance analysis
Engage in development plans, training sessions, and use advanced tools for streamlined operations.

What you bring:

Experience of working in a management role
Food safety and health and safety qualifications
Strong literacy and numeracy skills, including Excel proficiency
Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and budgets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A team player with a hands-on approach
Problem-solving skills and the ability to implement innovative solutions.
Strong leadership and motivational abilities
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Computer literacy
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
Ability to work effectively in a team and act on own initiative.
Flexibility in approach to the role
