What you’ll do:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and the on-site Sodexo team, ensuring an outstanding dining service.
• Oversee the dining operation's financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Drive sales growth and manage costs effectively, while maintaining high operational standards.
• Manage customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels and adherence to SLA’s/KPI’s.
• Lead and motivate the dining team, focusing on performance management, training, and development.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency.
