GMP Cleanroom Supervisor

As a GMP Cleaning Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind a clean, safe, and audit-ready environment in our pharmaceutical facility. If you're ready to take responsibility, lead a diverse team, and ensure everything meets the highest standards, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Brighten our facility’s critical areas—including offices, production spaces, and support zones

• Oversee your GMP team to complete all cleaning tasks efficiently and safely

• Step in to support with urgent tasks, delivering a thorough and timely service

• Champion safety and sanitation procedures to protect our teams and clients

• Manage schedules, lead team meetings, maintain documentation, and ensure all operations align with GMP standards

What You’ll Bring

• Cleaning experience—particularly in GMP or pharmaceutical environments—is a strong advantage

• A team player mindset, with the ability to work independently or lead others

• Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities throughout the day

• Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills

• Familiarity with tools like Kronos, and experience managing stock, training, and reporting
