Frontline Recruitment Team Lead

We’re looking for a Recruitment Team Lead to join our newly formed Frontline Recruitment Team! This is an exciting opportunity to join a team who will make a positive impact by delivering end-to-end resourcing support, whilst putting hiring manager and candidate experience at the forefront. You will be responsible for a team of Resourcing Coordinators therefore experience of managing a team in a busy environment is essential. You will provide advice and guidance to managers on the most appropriate route to market, ensuring best practice, social value and our D&I strategy is at the heart of everything we do.

This role will be home based with regular virtual contact with your team. Once it is safe to do so, you will occasionally be required to travel to our Salford office for team meetings.

Role Responsibility

  • Provide specialist advice and guidance to managers on the most appropriate selection and assessment methods
  • Deliver against KPIs of quality, time, cost, sourcing mix and candidate/hiring manager experience
  • Manage a team ensuring an excellent level of candidate, recruiter and hiring manager experiences is delivered across the function
  • Support segment campaigns and recruitment drives
  • Deliver brand and attraction interventions
  • Support the coordinator team throughout the end-to-end resourcing process, enabling them to offer tailored advice for their campaigns
  • Drive the team to build and utilize candidate pools and pipelines for quick response to demand
  • Support continuous improvement strategies related to our recruitment process
  • Engage and build relationships with HR Business Partners to run through hiring forecasts and support planning and prioritisation of resourcing needs on a short, medium and long-term basis

The Ideal Candidate

  • Demonstratable recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience leading a team to deliver excellence
  • Highly organised and disciplined in managing workload and the end-to-end process
  • Sound knowledge and experience with different selection and assessment techniques
  • Strong influencing and relationship building skills
  • Commercial awareness
  • Experience utilising social recruiting tools
  • Confidence and interpersonal skills to be able to approach passive candidates and drive the building of talent pools

Package Description

£27,000 - £28,000 per annum
