As the manager of Forecast Planning & Control, you'll play a key role in shaping our food management strategies, ensuring compliance, and enhancing operational efficiencies. What you’ll do:

Develop and maintain the DRIVE strategy for effective management of the food management system across the UK&I.
Lead the delivery of accurate and timely costing of food services menus and manage direct labour cost frameworks.
Coordinate with the Global Food Platform team to support the evolution of DRIVE processes.
Ensure robust compliance measures across the business and lead action plans for continuous improvement.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement to enhance business processes and add value.
Manage and communicate system updates and maintain strong data control to support business decisions.
Mentor and guide your team, promoting a collaborative and efficient work environment.

What you bring:

Proven ability in developing costing models and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Deep understanding of food management systems and their implementation in complex operations.
Experience in using data to drive decision-making and business changes within the food industry.
Excellent people management and coaching skills, coupled with strong communication abilities.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage high volumes of work effectively.
Knowledgeable about food product and menu development, with a clear understanding of the role of food in Sodexo.
Ability to lead and manage a data entry team within a dynamic food service environment.
