Salary: £14 per hour
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, typically 13:30 – 22:00, Monday to Friday (flexibility required to cover morning shifts when there is no evening business)

What You’ll Do
Support the preparation, presentation, and service of food and beverages to a consistently high standard.
Deliver outstanding customer service in a professional, friendly, and approachable manner.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation across all food service and dining areas.
Adhere to all food safety and health & safety procedures.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth, efficient service.
What You Bring
Proven experience working in a 5-star hotel, fine dining, or high-end catering environment (essential).
Experience within corporate catering or hospitality (desirable).
A proactive attitude with a passion for customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to adjust working hours based on business needs.
