Job Introduction

We are currently looking to add to our Award Winning catering Team at Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse Lounge, Heathrow Airport Terminal 3,to deliver a world class guest experience. The team have been awarded Skytrax World’s Best Business Class lounge award voted for by customers from around the world, with more than 350 airlines included in the survey.

We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic and motivated individuals who will be able to create memorable catering experiences, in the form of a first class service to our guests.

Role Responsibility

Serving food and beverages in a professional manner with high levels of customer service
Checking with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems
Assisting customers with any queries they may have
Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods
Stocking service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, cutlery, and linens
Delivering a world class customer service experience to our customers and staff
To assist Virgin and Sodexo Management with any reasonable request made while on duty

The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience in catering hospitality, fine dining or banqueting environment
Understanding of food hygiene and customer service
Excellent customer service skills
First class communication skills and to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail
The ability to demonstrate great team work
Able to provide 5 year employment referencing

Package Description

Located in Terminal 3, The Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse Lounge Skytrax World’s Best Business Class Lounge 2022
*£500 signing on bonus ( payable once full airside pass is obtained)
40 hours per week
Daytime and Evening shifts
£11.57 per hour
Weekly or Monthly pay available
Quarterly bonus based on customer satisfaction ( currently equating to £1000 per annum) + excellent benefits package

Must be able to provide 5 years working histories and 5 years addresses.
Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant industry.
2 shift patterns. Early & Late (Timing TBC).
