Role Responsibility

• Deploy and manage operational excellence activities and self-audit tools to ensure standardisation and compliance across Sodexo's operations
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external brand partners to deliver successful franchised/licensed operations
• Foster a culture of operational excellence and best practice within the food platform and wider business
• Support the development of tools and processes that engage the business in operational excellence, leading to better consumer and commercial outcomes
• Work collaboratively across all segments to deliver positive actions and outcomes to improve brand standards and commercial performance
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and management of food platform service offers, tools, and resources
• Champion operational excellence across the business at all times

The Ideal Candidate

• At least 3 years' experience as a senior operator and in branded restaurant management function
• Experience in operational excellence deployment, auditing, and using KPIs and other metrics to drive business improvements
• Demonstrable ability to work in an agile methodology and establish good working relationships at all levels
• Proven organisational skills, with the ability to balance conflicting priorities and motivate others
• Self-motivated and passionate about continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Good IT proficiency and experience working across physical and digital channels
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with various teams

Package Description
