The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Floor Manager to join our team at Lighthouse Social. In this pivotal role, you will lead our front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and seamless day-to-day floor operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the smooth running of floor operations, delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Lead, train, and inspire the front-of-house team to uphold our high service standards.
- Support the management team in achieving sales targets and maintaining exceptional standards.
- Ensure clear communication between the kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams.
- Manage bookings, seating arrangements, and ensure efficient table turnover.
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care, resolving any concerns effectively.
- Uphold health and safety standards while ensuring compliance with licensing regulations.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Floor Manager, Supervisor, or similar role in a high-end hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional demeanour.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced setting.
- Cocktail knowledge and an interest in mixology would be a bonus.
