What you’ll do: 

Be the first point of contact into the Nestle Workspace for decision making and problem solving for the day-to-day site.
You will promote training for team members and ensure all people aspects like absence management, PDRs and development plans are adhered to
Ensure all costs are tracked for recharge back to client.
Ensure all Health and Safety is always adhered to.
Seek opportunities for continuous improvement in yourself and in the customer experience.
Be an Ambassador for Sodexo and the services that they provide on-site.
You will be comfortable working with a range of different people including Nestle clients, Nestle Customers and Sodexo suppliers.
Ensure that yourself, colleagues, and customers are working within a safe environment and any unsafe practices are raised to appropriate members of the team.

Previous management experience
Previous Hospitality/Hotel experience desired
