Floor Captain/Housekeeper
Job Introduction
We currently have an opportunity for a Floor Captain to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.
This position requires a proactive customer focused individual with an exceptional eye for detail and the ability to communicate and build relationships at all levels. The person needs to be a forward thinker with a methodical approach, exceptional planning and organisation skills.

Role Responsibility
- To own and take responsibbility for an allocated floor area and ensure that a 5 star customer service is experienced by all.
- To be the first point of contact for building occupants.
- To ensure the floor area is clean including tea points, toilet areas, changing rooms where applicable.
- Ensure all services on floor are maintained in good working order.
- All faults, issues and concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
- Multi skill in all positions supporting hospitality and restaurant services in peak periods.
- Ensure the floor area is compliant to Health and Safety procedure.
- To ensure site rules are enforced.
