Financial Reporting Analyst

Job Introduction

We’re looking for a qualified account with a passion for consolidation of robust global reporting process, data integrity, savings methodology and organisational KPIs to join us as a Finance Reporting Analyst.

You’ll pro-actively own and take accountability for end-to-end development and management of the Global Supply Management (GSM) Savings and KPI reporting cycle which includes building strong and robust finance data processes, report design & evolution, and reporting process control. You’ll deliver exceptional quality ‘right first time’ GSM reporting for monthly inflation, QBRs, forecasts, targets setting, KPIs and support the worldwide understanding of Food Service inflation methodology, non-inflationary savings reporting, compliance KPIs and HFM cost by service.

This is a flexible based position however the team you will be joining use the Stevenage Office as a base with the potential for some travel (nationally and internationally) to be required in the future.

What’s essential:

• Degree level education or accountancy qualification
• Strong experience of an analytical role that delivers robust financial reporting within a global function
• Strong experience of developing data capture process.
• Strong ability to interpret and communicate (often incomplete) data to enable robust decision making
• Passionate about collaboration
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Powerpoint and Power BI)
• Seasoned self-starter who is highly disciplined with a strong orientation towards innovative solutions to complex financial supply management reporting challenges.
• Proven organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple deliverables simultaneously and with autonomy.
• Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
• Flexible and pragmatic in dealing with complexity
• Demonstration of managing multiple stakeholders at a senior level.
• Strong business ethics

Where we can be flexible:

• Understanding of food services industry
• Experience of HFM/Essbase
• Good understanding of P&L/cost accounting/gross profit structure
