Finance Manager

Remote - Full time

We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Finance Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation.

As a Finance Manager you'll: 

• Work on financial planning, risk management, and cash management
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and attend client meetings
• Support monthly business revies and help with ad-hoc financial tasks
• Clarify financial issues for operational teams and review budgets
• Track Client spending and savings
• prepare month-end financial reports 
• Work with site managers to ensure contract performance
• Highlight any risks that could affect contracts
• Help and develop financial processes and reconciliations
• Assist with budget and forecast preparation
• Provide financial training and support to teams
• This position will require travel to attend site meetings and reviews therefore a driving licence is essential

What we're looking for:

• ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or similar qualification
• Proven track record of finance (minimum 5 years experience) including financial modelling
• Strong proficiency in English, written and spoken is essential
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present and interact at any level of the organisation
• Previous financial experience in an international/ multicultural environment would be advantageous
