Finance Manager

Location: Hybrid working between our Dublin office and Home

Salary: €60,000 - €70,000 

€6,000 flexible benefits scheme & 10% annual bonus available. 


Sodexo have a new hybrid role available for a Finance Manager to join our established Corporate Services team in Ireland.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to join Sodexo and showcase your Finance experience in a role that will be central supporting on a broad range of our client accounts.

You will work closely the Sodexo Account Directors and Account Managers in all significant financial decision making and ensuring awareness exists of current and future challenges.

Ensuring all the Group finance policies, processes and procedures are consistently followed, whilst also looking to continually improve processes and maximise opportunity. You will play a key role in the continued success and growth of Sodexo in Ireland.

The hybrid working expectation for this role will be to work a minimum of 2 days in our Dublin office. There will also be occasional travel to our client sites within Ireland.

 About You

To be considered for this role you will have and be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in the following areas:


  • Educated to degree or equivalent standard with an accounting qualification (or part qualified – advance stages) - ACA/ACCA. 
  • Proven track record in finance
  • Must be able to travel to the Sodexo Dublin office 2 days a week.
  • Commercial exposure in a Finance position within Ireland.
  • Experience of financial modelling  
  • Hands on pro-active approach with an ability to work well in autonomy
  • Outstanding communication skills and proven ability to work in a collaborative way
  • Presentation skills, ability to interact at any level of the organisation
