Job Introduction
Financial Administrator
As a Financial Administrator at Sodexo, you will in oversee and manage financial operations but also a pillar that ensures the integrity and efficiency of financial data and reporting. Your role is instrumental in supporting the delivery of the ‘One Sodexo’ IFM approach across all service lines, ensuring that the financial metrics are reflective of our commitment to excellence.

What you’ll do:
• Oversee the completion of financial returns for both weekly and monthly accounts.
• Monitor financial control reporting systems ensuring alignment with both Sodexo and Client needs.
• Maintain accuracy in financial data through diligent logging and reporting.
• Handle Sodexo’s bookwork and ensure ethical financial practices.
• Assist in final report preparations for Sodexo and NBCU.
• Work alongside the Project Management team for accurate quote productions.
• Support the Account Director on the NBCU contract to ensure precision in reporting and profitability.
• Attend essential meetings and undertake ad-hoc projects as required.
What you bring:
• Prior experience in customer services or a customer-facing role.
• Proficiency in various communication mediums.
• A proactive approach with an excellent team-player attitude.
• Supervisory management experience with high moral standards and utmost integrity.
• Aptitude for achieving set targets and a commitment to employee engagement.
• Strong computer literacy.
