Location: Maturation Alloa, Diageo Maturation Site
Working Hours: 32 hours per week (Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 3:30pm, Friday: 8:00am – 12:00pm)
Salary: £13.58 per hour
Contract Type: Permanent – Full Time
Driving Licence Required | RTW and CT-PAT Clearance Required
We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Supervisor to join our team at the Diageo Maturation site in Alloa. In this vital frontline leadership role, you will assist the GSM in delivering exceptional soft services across five accounts, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
You will be based on-site, working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and expected to demonstrate flexibility in your working hours to support the wider operation when required.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the GSM in day-to-day soft services operations across multiple accounts.
Ensure high-quality delivery of cleaning and other soft FM services.
Monitor performance standards, conduct audits, and implement improvements.
Liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve service issues promptly.
Supervise and support team members, ensuring a positive and safe working environment.
Adhere to health and safety, compliance, and company procedures at all times.
Ensure all relevant site-specific and legal documentation is completed and maintained.
You’ll succeed in this role if you have:
Experience working in a fast-moving business or similar soft services environment.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive approach with a willingness to take responsibility.
The ability to work flexibly to meet operational needs.
A full UK driving licence.
Previous supervisory experience is desirable.
