As a Soft Services Manager at Sodexo in Central London, you will lead, develop, manage, and motivate high-performing teams in the provision of onsite soft services, including Cleaning, Waste, Horticulture, Pest Control, Postroom, and Security across the NBCU portfolio. What you’ll do:
- Lead, develop, and manage teams to deliver exceptional soft services.
- Build long-term relationships with clients based on mutual trust.
- Support the Account Manager in driving innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory, legislative, and client-specific requirements.
- Maximise profitability and manage costs effectively.
What you bring:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in facilities services management.
- Familiarity with financial systems, budgetary control, and payroll requirements.
- Understanding of Health & Safety legislation within the scope of the role.
- Knowledge of the Sodexo brand and customer-focused service provision.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and other relevant systems.
- Adaptability, resilience, and forward-thinking.
- Ability to interpret and utilize financial information.
