Facilities Operator
Job Introduction
Maintain operational excellence.
As a Facilities Operator at Sodexo, you'll will be responsible for our prestigious site and assisting with the operations of our facilities. This role requires strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
What you’ll do:
Assist with the activities of the facilities team
Assist with reporting maintenance and repairs of the building.
Assist with facility inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building and maintaining relationships at all levels, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and environmental procedures, and oversee the adherence to site rules.
Report faults and issues to relevant service partners, monitor multi-functional printing devices, and manage stationery hubs.
Issue Permits to Work and ensure compliance with AstraZeneca SHE/GxP procedures and Safe Systems of Work.
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the building, its services, and perform basic maintenance tasks, proposing practical solutions for identified issues.
Conduct inductions for new customers and manage documentation related to facility operations, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
What you bring:
- Qualifications: Relevant training, qualifications, and experience in customer service and facility management.
- Experience: Previous experience in a prestigious environment or with blue-chip organizations, focusing on customer service and multi-skilled operations.
- Competencies and Skills: Excellent communication, multitasking, planning, and organizational skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; attention to detail; and a proactive, customer-focused approach.
