Facilities Manager (Soft Services)
Job Introduction
Sodexo delivers a wide range of Facilities management and Food services to meet the unique and varied needs of the Ministry of Justice.. Our facilities Management expertise keeps our sites running smoothly, while our Property Services ensure that client infrastructure and equipment is well cared for.
We are now seeking a highly organised and conscientious Facilities Manager to oversee the operational running of all functions at our large public sector client’s site in Newbold Revel which is situated between Coventry and Rugby.
With proven experience in soft facilities management and experience of managing large number of people across large sites/areas within catering, cleaning and/or hospitality management, you will be enthusiastic, highly organised and put people and customer service at the heart of everything you do.
Leading from the front, you will have direct management responsibility over all the onsite catering, cleaning, security as well as the full suite of soft FM services.
You will have experience in and accountability for the following;
- Client Relationships (you will attend daily/weekly meeting with the client onsite)
- Health and Safety (including risk assessments and allergen checks)
- Food safety
- People Management
- Audits
- Cash and Stock Control
This role will be Monday to Friday.
