Facilities Engineering Supervisor (Electrically Biased)

Job Introduction

As a Senior Electrical Supervisor at Sodexo, based in Reading RG2 0RX, you are not just a skilled professional; you're a leader shaping the delivery of Hard FM services. What you’ll do:
  • Lead a team in the day-to-day delivery of Hard FM services, managing in-house and outsourced resources.
  • Oversee planned preventative maintenance programs and respond to reactive client needs, ensuring continuous improvement and financial performance.
  • Ensure the performance of the Hard FM contract, minimizing service failures and adhering to safety protocols.
  • Participate in appraisals, performance reviews, and client meetings.
What you bring:
  • City and Guilds or Equivalent recognized qualification (electrical/mechanical).
  • Completed recognized apprenticeship.
  • Demonstrated experience managing Hard FM/Technical Services Contracts.
  • Proficient in IT skills, including Excel, Word & Microsoft Office, and use of CAFM systems.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to influence change.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-facing attitude.
