What you’ll do:

Lead a team in the day-to-day delivery of Hard FM services, managing in-house and outsourced resources.
Oversee planned preventative maintenance programs and respond to reactive client needs, ensuring continuous improvement and financial performance.
Ensure the performance of the Hard FM contract, minimizing service failures and adhering to safety protocols.
Participate in appraisals, performance reviews, and client meetings.

What you bring:

City and Guilds or Equivalent recognized qualification (electrical/mechanical).
Completed recognized apprenticeship.
Demonstrated experience managing Hard FM/Technical Services Contracts.
Proficient in IT skills, including Excel, Word & Microsoft Office, and use of CAFM systems.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to influence change.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-facing attitude.
