Fabric Supervisor

Job Introduction

As a Fabric Supervisor at Sodexo, you will be the go-to person who knows the answers to everyone's questions and how to keep the facilities running efficiently. You'll support a customer-focused, effective, and efficient service delivery on-site, as well as supporting daily operations. You won't have to worry about any two days being the same while working at Shell Centre, London (a single campus comprised of two buildings). Join Sodexo and become a part of something bigger. What you’ll do: 

  • A hands-on working supervisor with line management of the frontline Fabric, MAF and Painting crews, ensuring scheduled and unscheduled works are executed and recorded in accordance with the company's standards and contract specifications.
  • Develop an effective and structured relationship with both internal and external clients/suppliers
  • Ensure Health and Safety standards are maintained or exceed on every task.
  • Ensure all recording and reports are within SLA.
  • Comply with all Company and Client policies and procedures, and statutory regulations, including health and safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire, COSHH. This will include your awareness of any specific hazards in your workplace.

What you bring: 

  • Experience of supervising or leading a team.
  • Hard or Soft FM experience
  • Experience using EZMax / Maximo
  • A willingness to undertake training and development e.g. training to be the authorised person in working at height and confined spaces, Legionella awareness course
  • Physically fit with the ability to work at pace and meet deadlines managing conflicting priorities in a complex working environment. 
  • Great communication skills, strong teamwork, and a positive “can do” attitude.

Package Description

  • 40 hours per week, 8am - 5pm
  • £18.00 - £19.23 per hour
  • Full protective uniform supplied
  • Full training provided
