FSA Barista

Job Introduction

As an FSA/Barista at Sodexo at the University of Coventry, you will create tasty beverages, whilst ensuring all customers facing areas of the café-bar are maintained to the highest level. Your cheerful approach and customer service skills will make you a key part of the everyone's every day.

What you’ll do: 

 

  • Deliver exceptionally high standards in customer service, cleanliness, tidiness, and other operational activity in the café.
  • Maintain brand standard delivery of all services & products across the store.
  • You will adhere to all company compliance (such as Food safety, Health and Safety, Allergen awareness, COSHH and HACCP regulations & cash handling).
  • Belong to a company that puts Health and Safety at the forefront of everything we do.

 

What you bring:

 

  • First class communication skills, strong teamwork, and a positive attitude in a high pressure fast paced environment.
  • Ideally experience in a similar high street branded cafe or a capacity to learn.
  • Barista service and food preparation experience is a plus (all training provided).
  • Passion for maintaining a health and safe environment.

Package Description

  • £10.42 Per Hour
  • 40 hours per week
  • 5 out of 7; shifts may vary between 07:00 - 19:00 (predominantly
    Monday-Friday, with the odd weekend required for events &
    open days)
