Job Introduction
As an FM Operations Director at Sodexo, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing all aspects of FM delivery across segments, establishing a unified and efficient operational platform. You will be at the forefront of operational excellence, where your expertise and leadership skills are not just valued but are central to our success.
You will be the operations face of the FM platform, known for the support to the FM Teams in the business supporting growth and compliance, ensuring all FM risks are mitigated through appropriate actions.
About the role
- FM Costing: Own and develop the FM cost model in the region and seek alignment to emerging commercial models and social value opportunities to develop a cost model aligned to the transformed FM business.
- Command Centre: Responsible for the leadership and strategic direction of Command Centre operations
- FM Compliance: Oversee the continued activity to support a fully compliant FM business in the region with responsibility for completing and maintaining a suitable level of compliance within the UK &I FM business
- FM Reporting: Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure suitable FM reporting capability as required by the operational segment businesses.
- FM Systems: Lead the operational aspects of the FM Platform, ensuring efficient and standardized FM delivery across all segments. Ownership and management of the regional FM backbone including Wando, Maximo, SMS, and others
- FM Deployment: Responsibility for the deployment of processes, standards, and tools to support the FM operational business. Responsibility for the development and implementation of a cohesive FM systems and framework training strategy covering all FM frameworks.
- Professional Families BPO: Coordination of FM Business Process owners and associated SMEs across Cleaning, Waste Management, Health & Wellbeing and Support services
- Risk Management: Responsibility for the management of FM Risk in region and reporting for the FM Platform into T&S risk management and the Regional Risk Committee as required
- Asset Management & Engineering Data Standards: Including responsibility for deploying the Technical Services Framework
About you
To be successful in this role, you will hold significant experience in FM operations, with a focus on compliance and safe service delivery, ideally holding industry qualifications and a membership to IWFM.
Experience in delivering large-scale change management programmes with strong financial acumen and relationship management skills is pivotal. You will demonstrate resilience, drive, and the ability to navigate complex governance and processes.
