As an Executive Steward at one of London’s most iconic buildings—the Shell Centre—you’ll be responsible for ensuring top-tier hospitality experiences for board members, executive guests, and VIPs. You’ll work on the executive floors, making sure every interaction leaves a lasting impression.

What you’ll do:

• Be the face of hospitality on our executive floors – welcoming EC/Board members, PAs, secretaries, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.

• Ensure seamless delivery of daily hospitality services, including premium coffees, breakfasts, lunches (buffet or room service), and special requests.

• Monitor and maintain impeccable cleanliness across executive areas.

• Set up and serve executive lunches and dinners – fine dining experience a plus (but training can be provided).

• Proactively plan daily operations, liaising with PAs and responding to updates or last-minute changes.

• Monitor the Executive inbox and coordinate hospitality arrangements efficiently and professionally.

• Uphold all Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations with precision.
