As an Executive Steward at one of London’s most iconic buildings—the Shell Centre—you’ll be responsible for ensuring top-tier hospitality experiences for board members, executive guests, and VIPs. You’ll work on the executive floors, making sure every interaction leaves a lasting impression.
What you’ll do:
Be the face of hospitality on our executive floors – welcoming EC/Board members, PAs, secretaries, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
Ensure seamless delivery of daily hospitality services, including premium coffees, breakfasts, lunches (buffet or room service), and special requests.
Monitor and maintain impeccable cleanliness across executive areas.
Set up and serve executive lunches and dinners – fine dining experience a plus (but training can be provided).
Proactively plan daily operations, liaising with PAs and responding to updates or last-minute changes.
Monitor the Executive inbox and coordinate hospitality arrangements efficiently and professionally.
Uphold all Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations with precision.
