About You
Experience and knowledge requirement for this role:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Chef
- Experience in hospitality, restaurant, and fine dining
- 7061/7062 or equivalent culinary qualifications
- Proficiency in IT skills
- Strong communication skills
Desirable:
- Experience working in a standards/compliance environment.
- Demonstrative customer focus and service skills
