Location: Croxley Business Park, 5 Hatters Lane, Watford, WD18 8YE
£40-45k and Excellent Range of Benefits.
40 Hours, Full-Time

In this pivotal role, you will showcase your expertise in managing superb food preparation and delivery within the vibrant world of hospitality. 

You will excel in coordinating and administering the kitchen department, all while ensuring strict adherence to budgetary targets and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and health management systems.

About You 

Experience and knowledge requirement for this role: 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Chef
  • Experience in hospitality, restaurant, and fine dining
  • 7061/7062 or equivalent culinary qualifications
  • Proficiency in IT skills
  • Strong communication skills
Desirable:
  • Experience working in a standards/compliance environment.
  • Demonstrative customer focus and service skills
