Events Co-ordinator

Who will suit this role?
We're seeking an experienced, self-motivated Events Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you're an excellent communicator, super-organised, and love a challenge, this role is for you!

What you’ll do:
• Respond to client enquiries promptly and accurately, ensuring all bookings are recorded and confirmed.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver bespoke events and hospitality for large meetings.
• Lead weekly meetings to ensure facilities are prepared for events.
• Plan events end-to-end, paying attention to detail, logistics, and budgets.
• Coordinate additional resources for furniture moves as needed.
• Manage event suppliers, ensuring compliance with health & safety requirements.
• Liaise with the finance team to control costs and produce accurate invoicing.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback, implementing improvements as needed.
• Produce regular reporting for stakeholders.
