Job Title: Evening Cleaner

Hours: 25 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Monday-Thursday 16:00-20:00

Location: Washington-NE37 1PA
Rate Of Pay: £12.60 per hour- plus Sodexo rewards and benefits

About the Role
We are looking for an Evening Cleaner tojoin our team at a prestigious corporate client site. At Sodexo, we value everyindividual for who they are, and in this role, your eye for detail will make areal difference.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out cleaning duties to a high standard across designated areas.
Safely operate cleaning equipment and materials, following COSHH guidelines.
Report faulty equipment, hazards, and maintenance issues promptly.
Use safety signage appropriately at all times.
Keep cleaning stores clean and organised.
Adhere to company security and safety regulations.
Maintain a professional standard of hygiene, uniform, and appearance.
Assist with stock control and report low supplies.
Provide cover for colleagues during sickness or holidays.
Follow Health & Safety, fire safety, and hygiene requirements.
Undertake any reasonable tasks as directed by management.

What We’re Looking For

Previous cleaning experience preferred (training provided).
Willingness to operate a variety of cleaning equipment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
Excellent timekeeping and reliability.
Good understanding of Health & Safety practices.
Experience with risk assessments and safe systems of work.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
