What you’ll do:
Prepare and deliver high-quality food offerings for evening services, ensuring each dish meets company and client standards for taste, presentation, and nutrition.
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and execute evening menus, incorporating both innovative dishes and classic favorites.
Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness, adhering to company policies and statutory regulations.
Manage kitchen inventory, order supplies, and control costs while maintaining the quality and efficiency of evening food service operations.
Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of learning, teamwork, and culinary excellence.
Engage with customers and clients, gathering feedback to continually improve the dining experience and exceed expectations.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety, food hygiene, and cleanliness standards, creating a safe and welcoming environment for all.
Participate in special evening events and catering functions, showcasing your culinary skills and contributing to memorable dining experiences.

What you bring:
Proven experience as a chef, with a strong background in evening or dinner service in a busy kitchen environment.
A passion for cooking, with a creative approach to menu planning and a commitment to culinary excellence.
Proficiency in various cooking techniques and cuisines, with the ability to adapt and innovate based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
