Estates Coordinator - Facilities
Job Introduction
Our UK Healthcare segment have a fantastic opportunity for an Estates (Facilities) Coordinator to join our talented and hard working team based from Queen Marys Hospital, Roehampton.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to provide administrative support for our Estates function reporting directly into our Estates Manager. You will be required to assist the Estates Manager with a wide range of operational activities in accounting, finance, maintenance, operations, vendor oversight, purchasing of material, equipment and supplies and helpdesk.
You will also be required to provide administrative support to the team and be able to manage large building operations. You will be a great communicator as the main go to person for engineers ensuring the effective operation of the planned and reactive maintenance processes.
In this role you will be responsible for inputting work onto the system and contacting day to day managers. The role involves working with CAFM system so experience of this would be ideal, but training will be provided. It would be well suited to a highly organised people person, a strong Administrator who has an organised planned approach to their work and a friendly disposition. You will enjoy being part of a great team and be good at multi-tasking with an adaptable approach to changing priorities on a daily basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity with great potential. It would really suit someone who enjoys and has experience of Help desk maintenance requests including inputting jobs onto systems. If you have experience of working with CAFM this would be even better!

Role Responsibility
- Scheduling and reporting of Maintenance plans including programming of CAFM system
- client call handling
- Performance Monitoring of the system against PPM schedule & Reactive maintenance
- The collection and provision of data related to all estate maintenance operations
- Collation and management of digital and paper records and filing
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly scheduled reports
- Represent Sodexo in applicable working groups for ensuring compliance
- Provide administrative support and advice for Hard FM staff where required.
The Ideal Candidate
- Keen to develop within the workplace, spending time supporting a multi- disciplinary team gaining knowledge and expertise
- Experience in a coordinator role working within Estates, facilities, property management, hospitality or related fields
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team to solve problems with professionalism and service focused approach
- Adept at multitasking and able to manage multiple projects effectively
- Good communication skills
- Strive for excellence in what you do and share ideas for improvement
- Proficient with computer equipment and programs (Word, Excel and Outlook) with a keen interest in technology
Desirable
- IOSH or NEEBOSH qualified
Package Description
£28,000pa to £34,000pa + great benefits

Work Pattern - Monday to Friday 40hrs pw. 7am-3.30pm/ 8am-4.30pm
