Business Product Owner

We have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Product Owner to join our global team.

Sodexo Live! is one of the leaders in the Sports & Leisure industry. Its ambition is to become the global leader of the live events hospitality experience across its main geographies: North America, UK, France, Spain and Asia.

The cornerstone of those priorities will be the ability to design and drive an exceptional Digital and Tech strategy which will accelerate the growth transformation of the business.

Reporting to the VP of Digital and Tech Solutions for Sodexo Live! the Business Product Owner will drive the design and development of digital and data products within the business, in collaboration with the global IT and data teams.  This person will also own the related business processes for these products and work in close collaboration with the segment marketing and operational teams.

Role Responsibility

Business Product Management

• Lead in conjunction with the VP Digital & Tech Solutions for Sodexo Live! the development of our portfolio of data and digital products as defined in our roadmap and business strategy.
• Responsible for the consolidated roadmap of the consumer data management project and its deployment into the business in all regions as well as the product ownership for our retail strategy.
• Lead with the business and community of super users the deployment of testing and launch of new features and new releases.
• Track and Analyse user adoption, satisfaction, and feedback
• Propose continuous improvement of existing functionalities
• Ensure mutualisation, synergies, scalability for better ROI

Proposition Deliverables

• For any client facing products, support the marketing team with the technical input to deliverables for pre-sale / pitch and mobilisation efforts.
• Deployment Roadmap (with Marketing & Ops teams)
• Build the roll-out plan in collaboration with Regional Marketing & Local teams
• Set-up and follow-up with the roll-out and mobilisation plan with Operations and group functions (IT / Digital / Data)
• Provide support to Operations to set up and train our teams

The Ideal Candidate

It is essential that you are fluent in both English and French. You will have extensive experience in business product ownership in an international context.  You will have the ability to drive progress in a complex environment.  With your skills and experience you will bring gravitas and credibility to the program environment and be able to take on the responsibility to influence others to ensure optimum delivery.

You will also have:

• Past experience in B2B4C services industry with deep understanding of client relationships.
• Past experience with CRM sales and marketing tech stack and retail products
• A proven track record of managing and implementing similar products within another company
• Excellent project management skills
• Leadership skills to interact with all levels of the organization
• The ability to find innovative ways of solving and/or anticipating problems
• A global mindset, international experience and/or exposure an advantage
• The proven ability to work effectively across diverse teams
• Been accountable for producing clear action plans and successfully delivering against them
• Due to the need for international travel you will live locally to a UK airport as regular travel is expected

Package Description
