Job Introduction

This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your career within facilities services and project management. Playing an integral part at our Augusta Westland contract in Yeovil you will help lead and co-ordinate the delivery of technical services inclusing fabric matienience on site.

Role Responsibility

To work alongside a client Project Management and Engineering team.
Manage and control the services to the agreed specification and to the agreed performance, qualitative and financial targets.
To manage all elements of capital projects from conception to completion, taking responsibility and accountability for every aspect.
To organise and deliver resource requests from all areas of the business to support projects
Developing supply chain via procurement
Supporting the client with producing specifications and pricing for progetto submissions

The Ideal Candidate

NEBOSH general or construction
Technical knowledge in one or more of the following field: Electrical, Mechanical, AC, Civils building and fabric
PM Qualification or equivalent combination of education & experience (HND)
Business acumen and knowledge of external industry developments
Experience in managing a team
Ability to deal with conflict and manage client/customer relationships
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent relationship management abilities at all levels
Experience working in a standards/compliance environment
Track record of success in a similar senior role
Desirable
Min 5 years project management experience
