Employee Relations Administrator
Job Introduction
An excellent opportunity has arisen with the HR Shared Service Centre for Sodexo, a leading global facilities management business with an enviable reputation in their industry. The role involves working as part of the ER Services team to provide a remote, responsive and compliant ER advisory service on a fixed term contract.
Role Responsibility
- Providing administrative support to the Employee Relations team.
- Involved in resolving and responding to ER related queries
- Support HR Services Team with case management of pay queries, Maternity, Paternity, Long Term Sickness and Flexible working, identifying potential early ER issues.
- Involved in sickness absence management
- Producing letters and paperwork on behalf of the Employee Relations team
- Provide Sodexo Legal with case file coordination relevant to Employment Tribunals, within agreed timeframes
- Work collaboratively with ER Services Team members to produce ER Services report containing key ER measures
The Ideal Candidate
- Well organised with the ability to plan, prioritise and manage high volumes of work.
- Have worked within a HR environment previously and be able to provide advice when required.
- Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to write a clear, understandable and concise manner
- Understanding of customer requirements and is able to take ownership of problems/issues and recommend practical HR solutions
- Pro active and practical approach to problem solving
- Good working knowledge of current employment legislation and its application in the workplace
