Electrical Supervisor
Location: Quilter Southampton and Southern
Salary: £45,000
(40 Hours), possible 1 in 4 rota of Tuesday to Saturday in the future.
Sodexo have an excellent new opportunity for an Electrical Supervisor to join our team working in Quilter Southampton and Southern.
You will play a crucial role in overseeing the maintenance of electrical building services and equipment at various sites. This includes managing LV systems, general lighting, building controls, small power, and distribution, as well as other equipment found in commercial/industrial premises.
Additionally, you will contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance strategies, collaborate closely with the rest of the Technical Services team, and ensure continued value in service delivery.

About You
Experience and knowledge requirement for this role:
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Understanding of health & safety legislation
- Ensure completion of planned and reactive maintenance activities within contract timescales
- Adherence to all H&S requirements
- Maintain high standards in reports and handheld device updates.
- Positive feedback from management team and key stakeholders
- Committed to achieving set goals with a constructive approach.
- Proficient in analysis and decision-making, with ability to propose suitable solutions.
- Demonstrates leadership qualities, takes initiative, and seeks opportunities for self-development.
- Effective team player, shares ideas, responds promptly to requests, and communicates effectively.
- Holds a City and Guilds/NVQ Level 1, 2, 3 qualifications in Electrical
- Minimum 5 years' experience in PPM, reactive, and installation work
- Proficient in MS Office and PDA usage
- Good knowledge of health and safety practices
- Experience in operating Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Knowledgeable in HVAC & mechanical systems
- Experienced in customer-facing situations.
