We are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer with strong HVAC expertise to join our Building Services team. This is a key role responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of both planned and reactive maintenance across site facilities.

As a Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you'll:
- Deliver safe, effective, and compliant planned and reactive maintenance across all HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems, ensuring high standards of reliability and performance.
- Perform minor electrical installations and repairs, such as lighting, sockets, switches, and plant equipment.
- Contribute beyond core trade tasks by supporting basic plumbing, unblocking drains, and general maintenance such as fitting shelves or notice boards.
- Ensure all activities comply with health and safety requirements, including Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and permit-to-work systems.
- Provide technical support during critical incidents and participate in the on-call rota (1 week in 4) for out-of-hours support.
What we're looking for:
- Fully qualified 18th Edition Electrician (BS7671:2018) or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in building services or mechanical engineering, with proven expertise across electrical and HVAC systems
- Demonstrated experience in PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance across a range of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC assets
- Competent with IT systems, including MS Office and CAFM/CMMS platforms
- Confident using handheld devices (PDAs) for task management and reporting
- Physically capable of working at height and in confined spaces
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently, prioritise workloads, and engage effectively with clients and colleagues
- Full, clean UK driving licence
