EHS Advisor
Job Introduction
We are recruiting an Environmental Health & Safety Advisor with responsibility for promoting a positive culture of health and safety by providing solutions across all service lines while ensuring compliance with Sodexo UK&IOI Health & Safety, Risk, Business Continuity and Environmental Policy and Processes.
You will monitor and provide support, and expertise to operational teams with respect to Occupational Health & Safety issues, including statistics and suitable control measures and assist with and advise on all aspects of Health & Safety across all units under Account Managers remit.

The Ideal Candidate
Essential
- Min of 3 years’ occupational Health & Safety in a senior role in a multi-site business or facilities industry experience with a willingness to develop & gain a Health and Safety Qualification.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent operations/client relationship management abilities.
- Experience working in a standards/compliance environment.
- Ideally a Health and Safety Qualification - IOSH / NEBOSH / Food Hygiene (min diploma to Grad IOSH).
- Current knowledge of Health, Safety and Food Hygiene legislation.
- Able to work outside of normal hours if an emergency arises which needs urgent attention
Desirable
- Experience of delivering facilities management and ‘hard services’ key compliance areas is an advantage.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG industry sectors.
- NEBOSH (or equivalent) – National General Certificate and/or Diploma
Package Description
Competitive salary of €55,000 - €60,000 depending on experience plus benefits including car allowance, pension, bonus, flexible benefits scheme.
