We are now seeking an Operational Duty Manager on a 4 on 4 off shift rotation based at our Inland Border Force site whom will be accountable for and empowering a large workforce encompassing Security, Health and Safety and Administration.

We are looking for someone that can positively influence and lead by example and with credibility following process and procedure to the letter.

The successful candidate will be comfortable not just ‘leading’ a team but also mentoring, developing and engaging the team.

We require someone with high standards and the ability to conduct themselves with integrity at all times in line with the expectation of the client who are based on site.
