Job Description:

As a Steward/Driver with Sodexo at Garretts Clubhouse, Queens Avenue in Aldershot You'll play an important role in supporting military personnel on a Ministry of Defence (MOD) base. Your day-to-day interactions will directly impact the experience of those serving, ensuring they have a positive and efficient experience.

KeyResponsibilities:

To provide effective transport support to ensure the business requirements are met to the highest standards.
To deliver set up and collection as per time schedule the refreshments and food options to the client in line with business requirements.
Compliance with the Health and Safety Act and COSHH regulations at all times.
Keeping the vehicles provided clean, fuelled and well maintained, informing your Line Manager of service requirements or defects and completion of all vehicle related documentation on a daily and monthly basis.
Effectively managing continuous improvements, taking corrective action where necessary and informing line manager of performance issues

What You’ll Need:

Professionalism and Respect: A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and respect for others in all interactions.
Reliability & Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs as flexibility on work schedule and location maybe required.
To maintain high levels of personal hygiene and wear the appropriate uniform and PPE as required
- To have a continuous improvement approach, and taking corrective action where necessary and to inform line manager of performance issues
- Knowledge of Health and Safety and food safety.
